SUMMER STYLE DIARY: DAY 1

Hello lovelies! Today is the launch of my Summer Style Dairy. Over the days of Summer I will be posting pictures of my everyday looks! Like I mentioned in previous posts I will be doing a Summer trends post but, until then lets get on with this one. Just in case you are wondering all the posts from my previous blog are uploaded on this blog now, so now we can start!

Today I am wearing New Look's Blue Floral Print Shorts, New Look's Pink High Back Cami, New Look's White Gem Embellished T-Bar Sandals and Boohoo's Lola Bow Trim Cross Body Bag. This look is perfect for the summery days ahead. The Pink Cami can be styled with many things whether it be high waisted shorts or a pencil skirt, the options are endless. The Blue floral print shorts can be styled with a white top or crop top and the shoes go with nearly everything! What I found was really handy about the shoes was that the back of the shoe is elastic so you don't have to spend hours fastening the buckle like any other sandal!
This Boohoo Lola Trim Cross Body Bag is ideal for the summer. The baby pink brightens up any outfit and gives it the essence of summer. The girly yet elegant bag is such great quality, all of these factors make it a definite must have for this season. The removable strap can alter it from a hand held bag to a cross body bag.

I hope you enjoyed this post, if you did please feel free to comment down below and like the post. I would thoroughly appreciate if you could spread the world of my blog by telling your friends or sharing it online!

THE FASHION BLOGGER-TAG

THEFASHIONBLOGGERTAG

Hello again! Today I am doing The Fashion Blogger Tag. Hasn’t it been a while since my last tag! Anyway this tag was originally The Beauty Blogger Tag, I do beauty but I came to the conclusion that the Fashion blogger tag was more relevant to this blog. I love doing tags as it allows you, the reader, to gain more knowledge about me and my style so that you can hopefully understand my blog way better! Anyway, enough of me blabbering on, lets begin!
1) Why did you start blogging and how long have you been blogging for?
I feel as if I have answered this question many times before, but the answer is always the same! I started blogging due to my passion for fashion. I have always been intrigued by other people’s fashion and I think that clothes are a way to reflect who you are without even having to speak.  I just want everybody to have the chance to express themselves when they don’t know how to. I believe that my blog is a way for people unable to express themselves to hopefully find their inner style. I have been blogging since November 2013 and I have to admit that it is one of the most rewarding things I have ever accomplished! I love talking to you guys and sharing my fashion knowledge <3 .
2) Whose blog did you fall in love with first?
I definitely remember falling in love with the blog Stylebreakdown. I loved reading all of the fashion tips and advice and I can definitely say that the blog sparked my interest in blogging. I actually emailed Laura when I first started blogging and her advice was so helpful and useful!
3) What was the worse fashion product you have ever bought?
Where to start? I have definitely had some fashion no-no’s which I am not proud of. But my worse one was these cheap high heels from Primark which I thought looked really trendy! It was the first time I had not saved up for a nice pair and once i went out in the heels, the heel broke! It was so embarrassing because I fell to the ground! I do not recommend you buying cheap high heels unless you are positive they are good quality and well made.
4) What are your five favourite things about blogging and being a fashion blogger?
1) Feedback- I love hearing what you guys have to say about my blog! There is nothing better than spending a longtime on a blog post then publishing it and people giving you feedback on it. I am a supporter of constructive criticism and feel that the only opinion valid is yours! Please feel free to comment or email me on what you would love to see next on my blog!
2) The community -I love the community of bloggers that comes with being a blogger! I feel like the other WordPress bloggers are like a second family to me all of who I can talk to and ask for advice! I remember when I first started blogging and I had absolutely no clue how you did things like upload more than one photo or simply add a link. The blogging community all helped me figure these things out. Also if it weren’t for the blogging community I definitely would not have been tagged for tags just like this.
3) Writing blog posts- I love sharing my knowledge with you and gain the most satisfaction from simply sitting at my desk and pouring my fashion knowledge onto my blog! I find blogging a really good way to relax.
4) Reading other blogs- I love reading other blogs to see what is trending at the moment. Reading these blogs gives me an insight as to what readers love to read! Also from other blogs I learn so much fashion and beauty tips and tricks which hopefully make me a better blogger!
5) Gaining fashion knowledge- When doing research before a blog post I learn so much! For example when I did the Topshop prints Charming Collection I saw this lovely collection, in fact I loved the collection so much that I actually bought one of the dresses myself.
5) What have you learnt from being a fashion blogger?
I am completely honest when I say that I have learnt so much! I have gained knowledge on fashion and beauty and I have learnt what it takes to be a blogger! I never thought that I would ever learn how to work WordPress but I am so thrilled that I finally have!
 6) Have you changed anything since becoming a fashion Blogger?
Yes, I have. I changed my old laptop to the new Apple Mac and changed my phone to the iPhone 5s. To be honest I upgraded my electronic devices partly because of my blog but mostly because of my need to keep up with the new technology.
7) What advice would you give to a fashion Blogger just starting out?
I would say be confident in what you write about and if you believe in what you are doing it will come across in the way you write about it. Always make room for improvement and make sure you post regularly so that you don’t loose readers! Finally be unique in what you write about! Nobody wants to read the same thing on every website. People are looking for advice which is different and useful. Remember that it doesn’t matter if you don’t get tons of followers after your first blog post you just have to be patient.
8) What is your favourite fashion brand?
Moschino- Cheap and chic! I just love the range of clothes and bags that Moschino has to offer! They are so cutting-edge and you see so many celebrities wearing Moschino for example Katy Perry and Iggy Azalea.  I will have to do a blog post on Moschino very soon!
love-moschino-ss-2014-lookbook-62494

9) Who is your fashion icon?
My fashion icon is definitely Jourdan Dunn! She has the best sense of style and dresses fabulously. She is trendy yet sophisticated at the same time! She is definitely a fashion icon to look out for.
I tag everyone to do this tag! Leave me the link to your response in the comments if you decide to do it! Can’t wait to read your responses!
Thank you guys for reading and I hope you enjoyed reading this blog post just as much as I enjoyed writing it!

HOLIDAY LOOKBOOK: DAY 2

Hola, I’m back with another Holiday Look book. Whilst I was in Spain I couldn’t help myself from roaming around the Spanish boutiques and shops. I instantly fell in love with Bershka. The clothes in Bershka are so girly, trendy and have a very Spanish look. I bought a few things from Bershka, some of them on this blog post but others will be on my Summer look book/buyers guide. I am also very thrilled to tell you that the eyeliner guide for beginners will be up soon and that I have an exciting post on a brand of shoes that I love and a summer shoe guide.
BERSHKADRESS
Bershka had so many gorgeous dresses available, it was very hard for me to narrow it down to just this one! I am a huge lover of lace and I think lace is perfect for this summer. Sadly I cannot find the link to this dress on the web site so I will leave you the link to all of the Bershka dresses available. Some of the dresses online weren’t in the Spanish store, if they were I would have definitely bought them too!
For more Bershka dresses click here.
BERSHKABAG
I am so in love with this Bershka bowling bag! As soon as i walked into the store I immediately fell in love with this bag as not only is it in one of my favourite colours it is also so cute <3. This bag was at such a reasonable price and it is such great quality! It is the perfect bag for summer. In fact I love it so much, that I know you will love it too, so i am going to get another one and give it to one of you guys (will do another blogpost stating more on this)!

On the top right of this picture you can see my bracelets. In the airport there is a large Accessorise, before I went to Tenerife I bought a set of these bracelets. These bracelets have been so useful and they are so pretty! Accessorise is my No.1 shop for accessories for holiday. I also bought the cutest sunglasses case which will be on my summer look book/buyers guide.
For more information on Accessorise click here.
Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoy my Holiday Look book!

Over the next week i will post pictures of my looks, on this post i will show you a look that i wore the first evening.  On my previous blog post i mentioned it from the “Prints Charming” Topshop collection. I thought that if you were interested in this look you might as well see it being worn, here we go!
holidaydress1

This Topshop Tile Print Tunic Dress is perfect for sunny weather and holidays! This dress is so comfy, girly and pretty which is exactly what you need for the warm weather. Don’t feel restricted to just wearing it in the sunny weather though because this dress looks lovely with black tights and Topshops  chunky platforms.

EYELINER BUYERS GUIDE FOR BEGINNERS

Hello Chummy’s, I am so sorry that I haven’t posted in a while but I can assure you that I was busy do things for the satisfaction of you! As you may already know I went on holiday to Tenerife, whilst I was there I took pictures of my everyday outfits and prepared a holiday look book. I will be posting this look book very soon.
This blog post was highly recommended by many of you sending me emails after you read the Makeup Guide For Beginners. I understand that it is hard to try to find a good eyeliner for yourself. Liquid eyeliner, eye pencil or fluid line? Hopefully this blog post will help you make up your mind about which eyeliner is best for you. Whether you are a beginner who is in need of some major advice on how to choose the right liner or whether you are a pro in need of a simple yet efficient eyeliner, this blog post is great for you! I will definitely be doing a blog post on how to apply each of these eyeliners in the very near future, so don’t worry!
1) Eye Pencil
M28002
This MAC Black Eye Pencil is formulated to provide a rich, consistent colour using ingredients that cause you no irritation. They are comfortable to apply and trust me I know this because I had, and still have, this pencil for a long time. Eye pencils are rather easy to apply so I think this pencil is great for beginners, just make a dotted line along your lashes and then connect up the dots. (Don’t worry I will be putting up a blog post in the future on how to apply each of these eyeliners.) I would definitely say that this MAC pencil is my personal favourite and I would definitely recommend the MAC range to any of you who are eager to start, or carry on, wearing good eyeliner. For a simple eye line this pencil is great for you.
Click here to find out more.
2) Fluid line
gel-004

This MAC Fluid Line Eyeliner is great for those of you who want the precision of a liquid liner but with a softer finish. It goes on effortlessly with a brush in an easy dip and stroke action. It is long wearing and smudge proof, what is better than that? The only down side to fluid lines are the fact that they take longer to dry, so you do have to be careful not to blink and smudge your eyeliner before it dries.
Click here to find out more.
3) Liquid Eye Liner
M1G6

This MAC Liquid Eye Liner is the perfect product for lining and defining your eyes. The tip of the applicator is easy to control and allows for a quick and precise application of the liner. This Liquid Liner is long-wearing, smudge-resistant, ophthalmologist tested and can be easily removed with Pro Eye Makeup Remover. Liquid eyeliners tend to be better for those of you who want a simple cat eye.
Click here to find out more.
I hope this buyers guide has been somewhat handy to those of you who need it, and like I said earlier I will be putting up a blog post in the very near future on how to apply all of these eyeliners!

TOPSHOPS "PRINTS CHARMING" COLLECTION

Topshop is one of the biggest high-street stores worldwide. They chase and spot new and upcoming trends so that they can satisfy their stylish customers. Of all the trends Topshop features, the “Prints Charming” collection has to be one of my favourites. I get weekly subscriptions from the Topshop website, informing me about all the new clothes and trends coming into the stores. If you crave fashion and trend knowledge I would recommend signing your e-mail up!

With many trends coming into season, I believe that this trend has something totally unique about it. From Tile Print Tunic Dresses to Moroccan Tile Cigarette Pants, this collection is cutting-edge with a feminine touch. In this post I will show you the pieces I love the most and the links so you can check them out yourself, this collection is not as large as others but I am sure there is something available for everyone of you reading this!

2)
16P11FWHT_large
These Tile Print Denim Leggings are for those of you who want to add a dash of geometric pattern into your everyday life, instead of the simple black legging. The vibrant colours from the leggings will go well with almost any simple top, BE CAREFUL not to clash with a patterned top as there would be way too many patterns for your eyes to adjust to.
Click here to find out more.
3) 26D21FBLE_large
This Petite Tile Print Tunic Dress is perfect for any occasion. Style it with some cut-out ankle boots, Canvas shoes, ballet pumps or a pair of your favourite heels, any way, you can’t go wrong! You can wear this dress throughout any season of the year, winter with some tights or in summer showing of your tan. This dress is definitely going on my packing list as I’m going on holiday very soon to Tenerife then sunny Spain (don’t worry i will do a blog post on whats in my suitcase and keep you updated whilst i’m on holiday!).
Click here to find out more.
4)
27M18FMUL_large
In this blog post I thought I would feature a range of different items, as i am sure each and every one of you must wear at least one of the items i have stated, whether it be a top, leggings, dress or a skirt. This Tile Print Flippy Skirt is a must have this season. It can be styled in so many unique ways for each one of you and can compliment you all in your own way. With tights or without you cannot go wrong! With it’s vivid pattern, bold colours and elastic waist this skirt is girly yet chic all at once.
Click here to find out more.
I hope you have enjoyed reading this post and i hope you will leave me your feedback on what posts you would like to see me do in the future! Whether it be a beauty, fashion, lifestyle or D.I.Y post i would gladly do a post on it.

JUMP FOR JOY IN JUMPSUITS

Pancake day (or fat tuesday known to French) was today. Who else ate more pancakes than they ever thought possible today? I did. Anyway moving on,  tomorrow is the start of lent, i don’t usually give up anything for the forty days of lent but this year i decided i would give it a shot. This one is extremely hard for me so i am relying on you guys to keep me motivated. To give up buying nail polishes. I don’t think i have confessed this before but i have a nail polish problem, i buy about four nail polishes per week and with some it’s either i find the colour pretty or i think i could use it for the one occasion, either way after lent i hope i will be ale to see the fault in my ways and cut down on my nail polish purchases.
Back to the post, as the title suggests this post is about Jumpsuits. I love jumpsuits and i can assure you that the ones on my blog post today are the ‘creme de la creme’ of jumpsuits. Both of the jumpsuits are from Topshop as i think they are not too expensive and they are both great quality. I will also be showing you my shoe and accessory guide, all of which are also from Topshop!
1) Kimono jumpsuit by boutique
jumpsuit1
This cutting edge kimono-style jumpsuit from Topshop is simply divine. The Black silk jumpsuit with contrast navy panel and open back detail by Boutique is sophisticated and elegant all at once, well all-in-one. Jumpsuits are a great spring trend to look out for, even though there are plenty of different jumpsuits around i would definitely look out for the Topshop ones.
Click here to get this Kimono Jumpsuit.
2) Floral jumpsuit
jumpsuit2
This floral jumpsuit from Topshop is yet again so sophisticated. This Jumpsuit in floral print with contrast sleeves and waistband looks gorgeous and simply effortless. Don’t be afraid if it looks too formal as you can casual it up a bit with a large statement necklace.
Click here to get this Floral Jumpsuit.
3) Accessorise
jumpsuitaccessories
Of course an outfit wouldn’t be perfect without accessories. Like i said above you can casual up any jumpsuit with a large statement necklace and a pair of strap sandals. These are the accessories i think would go great with either jumpsuit, but of course feel free to experiment with all different accessories.

Thanks for reading this post and i hope you enjoyed these looks, comment which jumpsuit was your favourite!

VODAFONE LONDON FASHION WEEKEND

Hello lovelies, sorry i have not put up a blog post in a while but the reason is is that i have been so busy lately! Last weekend i went to Vodafone London Fashion Weekend all thanks to EtailPR and The Watch Gallery. The catwalks, Canon 360 studio and designer shops made up the perfect fashion event. On this blog post i will show you my favourite looks from the trend and Julien Macdonald catwalks.
Trend- Precious Metals
trends-precious-2

trend-precious

From Antonio Berardi and Balmain to Marni, designers opted for vibrant hues with an iridescent finish. Metallic fashion has been around for quite a while now, but this unique collection has a trendy twist on it. From colourful metals to metallic sequins this range is perfect for a person with a trendy eye.  Never be afraid to sparkle!
Trend- Flower Power
trends-flowers-2

trends-flowers-1I personally love this trend as it is so fresh and cutting-edge, the bright colours really do light up any everyday outfit. It’s a spring awakening as Erdem, Jonathan Saunders and Preen showed beautiful blooms on the catwalk. From sixties-inspired prints to oversized motifs and delicate posies, now’s the time to blossom!
Trend- Lace Embrace
trends-lace-1

trends-lace-2

This delicate detail is the season’s signature overlay. Follow the lead of Christopher Kane, Diane von Furstenberg and Oscar de la Renta and don’t fear the sheer! If you’re looking to add a little texture to your wardrobe, opt for a lace skirt – it’s the key ladylike piece for spring. I have always had this huge obcession with lace so this trend was ideal for me and my style!
Trend- Good Sport
trends-sports-1

The sports luxe trend continues to rule the runway – think exaggerated silhouettes, rah-rah pleats and rounded shoulders from designers such as T by Alexander Wang, Peter Pilotto and Stella McCartney. The Sporty look is perfect with not only high heels but of course it would’nt be a sporty look without trainers. Game on!
Designer- Julien MacDonald
designer_show_1__large

The Julien Macdonald trademark piece is a “red carpet glamorous embellished dress” and the S/S14 collection continues his aesthetic of chic, modern glamour. The collection, solely comprising dresses, fuses elements of modern construction, with a rock and roll edge for a fresh geometric feel. His catwalk was utterly breathtaking, with designing dresses for Beyonce, Katy Perry, Ellie Goulding and much more, theres no wonder his designs were so great.

This post was going to be a Valentines day post, but when i stumbled across this Ted Baker collection i just could just not wait to show you guys! Of course feel free to use this collection as a ‘Valentines day accessory guide’ if that is what you would rather me call it by (even though it is a little late as Valentines day is tomorrow!). Anyway as i was saying this Ted Baker collection is a great Spring trend, with sales on at Ted Baker at the moment this post may spark your interest in some of their items. The items i have picked to feature on this post are the ones i feel are best for Spring and the ones that are most likely for you to like too!
1) Ted Baker Large Floral Print Canvas Cross Body Bag.
Blue PurseThis Ted Baker Large Floral Print Canvas Cross Body Bag is a Spring MUST HAVE! The light blue, floral patterned body bag is simple yet elegant all at once. 2) Ted Baker Small Nude And Cream Backpack
rucksackAs all of the wintery backpack are leaving the scene make way for the Spring ones. This Ted Baker Small Nude And Cream Backpack is yet again a spring MUST HAVE! If you are someone who loves a good quality backpack than this item is perfect for you! The nude colours give a great spring touch to an everyday outfit and is very elegant. The backpack may have a casual look to it, but it compliments any everyday look and adds a girly feel to you’re outfit which any other backpack probably could not do.
3) Ted Baker Small Green Bow Leather Doctors Bag
bluebagThis Ted Baker Small Green Bow Leather Doctors Bag is a Spring treat! The girly yet elegant look is perfect for the upcoming season. If you are someone who always has to carry around almost everything you have than this bag is perfect for you! Even though it states that it is small, i can assure you it still has a lot of space inside! Personally i think that the colour of this bag above (green) is so gorgeous and will compliment any spring everyday look!
4)  Ted Baker Pexie Oil Painting Tote Bag
PinkbagThis bag is definitely one of my absolute favourites from the whole Ted Baker collection. I don’t know whether it is the nude oil painting floral print or the baby pink contrast sides which make me fall in love with this bag, but what ever it is it is working for me. This Ted Baker Pexie Oil Painting Tote Bag is simply wonderful. It’s clever twist of Spring and pink make up this perfect bag. The colours are so simple but elegant and yet again will compliment any spring outfit, whether everyday or formal.
I hope that you have enjoyed reading my blog post as much as i have enjoyed scouting out the perfect Spring bags for you! Remember one thing, always be ahead of the trends!
